- If the user changes their mind after purchase and has not utilized the service to analyze comments within 3 days of purchase.
- If analysis results are demonstrably below reasonable quality expectations, subject to review and confirmation by our team. In such cases, we may refund the comment credits used.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under these conditions:
- If the user changes their mind after purchase and has already utilized the service for more than 3 days.
- In cases where incorrect URLs or invalid data were provided by the user.
- Dissatisfaction with analysis outcomes or content correctly delivered as described. The trial period is specifically designed for users to familiarize themselves with the application, its modules, and the type of outcomes produced.
Requesting a Refund

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
